The Heritage Day Spa
An Ozark native, Amy graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Management. Following 10 years with Parisian in the retail management, Amy worked for Southern Company. Her 15 year career at Southern began as a Customer Service Representative with Alabama Power and ended as a Business/Systems Analyst with Southern LINC. Tired of the corporate rat race and finding that her real passion was skincare, Amy decided her next career move would be a Master Esthetician and business owner. In 2007, she completed her licensing requirements from Skinactics School of Aesthetics in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2009, she was working as a freelance esthetician in Birmingham when the opportunity presented itself to buy The Heritage Day Spa. Moving back to Ozark to buy the spa was a very easy decision for her. She enjoys educating people about their skin and providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for her clients in this hectic world. As an active member of the local business community, Amy hopes to maintain a thriving business supported by Ozark and surrounding cities. Memberships include: the Ozark Area Chamber of Commerce, the Economic Development Board for the City of Ozark and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
